Company Profile: A large regional retail corporation with around 125 locations was seeking an analysis of their telecom services. The client needed to identify the current telecom expenditure while looking for ways to reduce activate cost and negotiate with the carriers for future savings.
Challenge: Locate billing errors, recommend ways to be more efficient with the telecom spend, and negotiate new carrier agreements.
Solution: Composed a list of services by locations, verified with customer potential billing errors, and potential cost reductions during the negotiations with the carriers.
Results: 4TelecomHelp identified more than $300,000 in billing errors over a four-year period. 4T worked with the client to get credit from the carrier for the entire amount in improper charges. 4TelecomHelp also advised the client during contract negotiations with the carrier that resulted in an additional estimated savings of $1,000,000 over a 36-month period.
